I was told it is better and a better value to have a computer built than to buy one in a box. DRM was the highest rated anywhere in this area and I could not be happier with the computer Dana McKinsey built for me. Or the outstanding service since then on all sorts of computer issues. Look no further; this is the place to go. Reasonable pricing and absolute professionalism.

My husband's computer needed updating and a new mail system. Our printer wasn't working. My computer needed to be cleaned up and some trouble shooting. DRM came in and took care of all problems with courtesy, competence and professionalism. Dana took home my computer and spent time working to see what he could do, he phoned me to tell me my options, and he came up with an alternative solution. I have used three other companies in the past and none provided the level of service and honesty that DRM did.

My computer had a virus that had begun blocking my internet access. They fixed the problem in just a day. The rates were very fair and they provided some free cleaning programs and advice.

Highly recommend.

My computer was down and out and another company wanted to charge me $250 to wipe and reload my computer. I called DRM & Associates and they sent a tech out the same day. He was able to fix my computer in about 30 minutes! It didn't need to be reloaded, it just needed someone who knew what they were doing. I recommend these guys 100%.
