The service is not very good at all. In fact, when I asked for receipt for a TAG watch I was leaving.....the woman asked me why. I laughed and said " because I need a record that you received my watch". She seems annoyed as if I did not trust them. Anyway, I got the receipt. The watch would be ready in 3 weeks? Well I stopped by a month later....it was not ready. I called 2 weeks latter...no watch...part didn't come in. 2 weeks later the part came in....but the wrong one. They said it would be another month or so but could not really say. I stopped by the next day and picked up my watch and went to a jeweler in OP and had my watch repaired watch back in 2 weeks. A waste of my time. I'll never go back.
