I hired Specialized Floor Covering because he was local. I remodeled a small residential bath complete with tile walls and a new shower and tiled the entire floor. The tile was quite expensive. This contractor absolutely butchered the tile work. The floor is so bad I can't even describe it. The walls are not much better. The shower floor does not even pitch to the drain from all directions. When I confronted him about the work he got very flustered and said to call him when I was done with the rest of the work and he would come back. I made repeated phone calls to him but he never returned the calls. He had a balance of $1000 left on his contract and just walked away from it. I guess that says it all. This guy doesn't even deserve one star but you have to select something to be able to post this review. STAY AWAY FROM SPECIALIZED FLOOR COVERING. Absolutely awful work !!!
