"I don't care" was the response I got after 5 minutes on the phone with the guy. I was thinking of going on a balloon ride with my fiancé for my birthday. I didn't have a chance to read the groupon deal fully and was calling instead for question and clarification. "I have to make money" was the consistent response. If we bought 2 groupons for my birthday and he couldn't find another couple to pay full price then we wouldn't be able to go! Not a chance I'm willing to take. Would probably either lose my money and not beable to fly ON my birthday or fly with this "sh..." business man and 2 random people. Glad I called before buying. The whole phone call he made me feel anxious and he made it clear he is in it for the money. I know everyone has to make a buck but that's hard to do if you run off all your potential customers by being focused on the $ and not the people.
