Extremely terrible. Order flowers on January 28, 2019. My niece just had a double Mascetomy. Never delivered them. Didn't call to say it was cancelled. If I wouldn't have called to check with her I would have never known that I was charged for service and product that wasn't received. I have been calling since Feb. 10th looking for a refund and they continue giving the run around. I am owed 83.40. I WANT MY REFUND!!!
