My son needed a tux for prom. Dante's couldn't get him the vest color that he was after, knew that I would continue to search, and didn't inform me of their policy to withhold $40.00 of my money if I canceled my order even within the first 24 hours. I was able to locate the perfect tux, vest, tie, and handkerchief and a nearby tux shop who had a more liberal return policy and great customer service and went back to Dante's within 1.5 hours of placing the original order. They retained $40.00 of my payment, told me "the policy is printed on your receipt", would not refund the full amount even though you can't see the policy on your receipt until AFTER you have already made the payment, and refused to give the the name of someone that I could call from corporate. I eventually got the name of a contact at corporate. It's been two weeks and they have yet to return my call. That's really bad customer service.
