Owner assaulted a dissatisfied customer when he tried to complain about a repair that had been completed incorrectly.



Owner should go back to Russia, we have laws against assault in this country.



Don't take any jewelry there for repair. The work is shabby and the owner is completely unprofessional. This is the first time I have ever witnessed a store owner hit a customer, and it was very disturbing.
