I bought a cage from kings cages and when it arrived, box intact, several parts of the cage are cracked. Their website says you have to get a return number before sending anything back and you have to contact them w/in 5 days for refund. I have left 2 messages (during the hours posted on their website) and sent an email with photos of the damage and still have not gotten a response. Unbelievable! I am so upset because the cage was not cheap. I never leave reviews, but this is the worst experience I have ever had.
