Called yesterday April 25 2020 talked to Vinnie I told him I needed parts for my pool but I can't order on line because no part numbers He was so kind told me to come next day this SundAY drove back door called and spoke to a Dave which he told me that Vinnie not here and I told him my situation and he said we have to wait because the other guy is on the phone which is no problem and then he said to us you need to come bACK tomorrow when Vinnie is here. What poor customer service It was in the bag all the parts just needed to drop off and wait for new parts with credit card. I told him( DAVE) forget it I will go elsewhere and he said to me GO FOR IT We have purchased three pools from them and pool supplies and this is how we are treated. I will never come back you wonder why people shop on line because of customer service like this Deborah Bacskocky
