If I could give this place 0 stars - it still would not reflect the poor experience that we've had. I honestly don't even know where to start, but I'll try:
Employees are rude. They made me make an appointment to drop off my 9 year old's stool sample...she wasn't present, this was simply to drop off the sample. My mother had to wait an hour and 30 minutes to see someone - who tried to tell her we didn't have an appointment (I have an email, a confirmation # and a QR code for my appointment.) Then they tried to tell my mother that there may be a $100 COPAY - I don't have a $100 copay for ANYTHING under my insurance, including specialists and out of network physicians. To top it off, they refused the sample because no one provided adequate instructions when we were given the collection containers. No one answers the phone at the location, I had to wait 30 minutes on hold to file a formal complaint with corporate. What the heck is going on?? My next call is going to my insurance company to make them aware of the terrible and shady practices at Quest and then the BBB. We will be using Lab Corp exclusively now and will tell anyone that will listen to stay FAR away from this lab. As a nurse, I find this practice detestable and shameful.
