Order Always Messed Up

On several occassion I visited McDonald's and Everytime my order is always wrong!! Something is either missing or something I didn't ask for. I always have to turn around and bring it back, so when I make it back home my fries are cold. Visited McDonald's about every other Wednesday my order is completely wrong. Today 11.26.08 I ordered a 6 piece McNuggets kids meal, A double cheeseburger plain with a large fry and a #6 ,of course they forgot the cheeseburger and fry.I was highly upset I had to turn around & return to get my order correct!! Another occassion I ordered a vanilla shake I received Strawberry shake which I'm allergeric to.
