Customer service is terrible never use these services. The customer service was terrible and the braids were terrible

The customer service is terrible. I had box braids done on Friday by Monday they were falling out and when I called to have them repaired MeMe stated she was not at the shop and was unsure when she would be there to repair the braids. Ladies spend your hard owned money elsewhere.
