These products are great! I have more energy at age 50 then I did 20 years ago. I have lost 34 lbs and 28 inches and have kept it off.The best thing about it is I NEVER WENT HUNGRY. I have been on a weight roller coaster with alot of the different diet plans since I was 15. But after I had lost the weight I wanted to, it always came back. With these products and the weight loss challenge classes, I learned how to eat without thinking about what food choices I can have. Its my everyday life now. Also with taking the Nite Works I know my health is in much better shape with good circulation.

The products and support offered are both excellent. In the first week after starting with this program I lost seven pounds!

Twelve weeks later I've lost twenty-five pounds and over thirty inches overall. That's not even the best part. What impressed me the most was the difference in my energy levels. No more morning fatigue and struggling just to get to my first break at work so I could take a short nap. Don't think that I had to starve myself to do this. Hunger is not a problem with this plan.
