Don't waste your time. At first glance, the apartment complex is small and looks quaint and quiet. Neighbors are a nightmare. Management will not address any issues and would rather see the tenant deal with it themselves instead of doing their job and enforcing the rules. Management is lackadaisical and has broken the terms of our lease. We were also quoted one deposit and then at the time of lease the pet deposit was increased without prior notice. We had ants when we moved in - our name is still on the list to be sprayed - that was 9 months ago and the exterminator has not yet been in. Other tenants had the same issues. Our hot water heater has to be reset at least once a week and maintenance won't do anything. Appliances are cheap and very old. Our stove is missing parts and does not work correctly. Our apartment didn't even get repainted and there is wallpaper covering holes. Other tenants are the worst as their pets roam free and encroach on our enjoyment of our pet or the tenants
