Provided by YP.comI ad a 99 Silverado that I had some major problems with. I have taken to several local garages. Nobody could guarantee a repair. I took it to St. Clair Chevy and told the service manager, "Fix it or keep it!". After a couple days I was told what the problem is most likely to be. If they couldn't fix it, I would only be responsible for diagnoses labor. I told them to go for it. A few days later I was told it was ready for inspection. When I went there, I was expecting a lazy, poor running truck. Instead I got MY TRUCK BACK! Thank you St. Clair Chevy.

Provided by YP.comI bought my daughter her first car from St Clair Chevy Buick GMC In China twp MI. A used 2009 Malibu that had passed GM Certified inspection. I know GM Certified inspection come with 2 years maintenance and 174 point check and low rates. I was told by the manager Art Morley that the car had been made as close to new as you can and he said besides its GM cert. After taking the car back to the dealer for the third time I had my local shop take a look at it and her is what they found. Three tires were bad, one rim damages, control arm bushing worn out, motor mount broken, power steering leaking, broken wheel stud. These are things that should not have passed GM cert inspection. I called the dealer and spoke with Gary the service manager again and I told him what was wrong he said that the last time I was in that they could not find anything as I listed wrong so he took a message for Art Morley to call me. No call so I called the next day and spoke with someone else in service who told me the person I wanted to talk with was the person who took my call yesterday. Left two messages today and still no response from the dealership. Clearly a dealership that doesn't want to clean up a mess they made. Art Morley lied to me and now is doing anything to avoid my calls, I also spoke with a Jeff Zimmer the used car manager and he gave me the run around and really is a yes man that is helping Morley cover up this mess that they sold me. Zimmer said that the car is not GM cert and that I bought it AS IS and they can't fix it and that it was my fault for not doing my homework and asking questions. I will never again buy or service any of my families cars at this rip-off dealership GM should closed them down.
