Amazing experience here--I was 2 hours into a trip down to Bennington for an interview when the serpentine belt in my Buick snapped. I thought I was SOL, but asked where the nearest mechanic was (I didn't even know what town I was in!) and they pointed me toward GWC. I rolled in without power steering, with most of my belongings in the car PLUS my dog (I was in the process of moving) and Gavin came out to see what was up. This was in the afternoon on a Wednesday and the place looked maxed out--cars on all the lifts, parking lot full. I explained my situation, he made a phone call to get the part, and told me that I would be at my interview on time. He stopped everything, fixed my car, and not only did I make it to the interview with 10 minutes to spare, but I also got the job, thanks to Gavin. An amazing example of the quality behind this establishment--you can trust GWC. Great people, great service.
