I''ve had them clean my carpets and was very satisfied. I needed my ductwork cleaned and paid $350.00 and it was useless. After 2 weeks I have to change the furnace filters which is what I had to do before having them cleaned. I talked to a furnace company that said that after 3 months of being cleaned the filters shouldn't be that dirty and my furniture shouldn't need to be dusted every 3 days. I have tried to call them since a week before Christmas and this is the 2nd of Feb. and I can't get them to call me back. As far as having ducts cleaned forget it. Like I said they were good for carpet but that's it.
