Best service ever! They did my accident fix via statefarm. One day I lost a single key because my car is high tech but leaves almost no room between seat and console i couldn't see the key nor get it back. I was locked out of my house. They took me in right away after hours and helped me out. Another time, I needed another lil fix they were so kind to reasonably price me and worked our my office my hours so I didn't miss too much time. I can't speak better of them. They also welcome my pup there. She likes to go everywhere with me and I wouldn't have it any other way. Please give them a shot.

Only giving it one star because customer service is horrible. At least don't work with John (grumpy old guy) when you're there. He is extremely rude when dealing with insurance claims. I will never understand why people work in customer service when you can tell that they just hate it.



I'm sure the other guys there are great, but when you have one rude person, it really affects your perception of the facility as a whole.



I will NOT be going back. I don't care how great your repairs are, try not to scare your customers away.

I have been bringing my cars to Mark at Dundee Collision for quite a few years. Having four kids of driving age does that to you! Mark and the crew are the best. Repairs, you wouldn't even know the car was damaged. Great service, personable, guarantee their work. I wouldn't take any of my cars anywhere else. Simply the best.

The staff was very helpful; I received all kinds of quotes at outrageous prices and the staff was honest in providing a honest quote on fixing the car. Highly recommended.
