Waited for 45 minutes then was told they had been by one which was a lie! I had been outside the entire time! Once I was finally picked up I was told we had to get other passenger at another terminal, we ended up waiting 5 extra minutes on that!

Great Service!! I started using them early this year while on a business trip to NYC. They always pick me up on time at the airport and are easy to contact since there office is open 24hrs. They always provide me great rates. Thank you to the staff and the drivers for always taking good care of me. I highly recommend this car service company.

Rip off!! Worst car service

absolutely terrible. I reserved a ride from the Hampton Inn Madison square to LGA airport on 6/1/2014. The car showed up 20 minutes late. I thought it wasn't coming so I went and tried to wave down a cab, but just wasn't able to get one, until eventually the car showed up. We got to the airport and I gave the driver my credit card to pay for the ride, he said he doesn't accept credit cards. I offered a cheque, no go either. I didn't have enough cash on me, the driver held my luggage, told me to go into the airport and get cash from the ATM (note that I was already late for check in due to the car showing up 20 minutes late). Are you kidding me? What kind of legitimate limousine service takes cash only? Unprofessional start to finish, save yourself the trouble and avoid these jokers.
