This was one of the worst experiences I ever had with ANY service company. They were completely unorganized, non-professional, and completely absent minded. I called for their service and they PROMISED me that same day service. Never showed up. The next day they apologized and PROMISED to make it up to come that same day.....again they did not show up. The third strike came the following day and they again PROMISED that it would not happen again (gave me some BS excuse about weather delaying them <it was just a little rain>), and on their way they called me and forgot the address they were supposed to be servicing. I told them the address, again, and they did not show up. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS FOR ANY SERVICES!!!!!!!!!!
