We "rented" this limo company this past weekend for my friends bachelorette! Unfortunately, we had a different experience. First we were called and told they would be a little late due to a problem with the limo, sure no problem, then WE had to call back to check in.. said it wouldn't be long they were working on it, they'd call us back.. again WE had to call.. IGNORED. Then we called his wife because he was unreachable she said she wasn't sure and she'd again call us back. We got 0 call backs, it took us numerous phone calls to even get in touch with them.. when all they had to do was let us know that they were not going to be able to fix the limo and maybe suggest us a cab or to make other arrangements.. instead left us hanging until around 930pm to NOT show up AT ALL and their solution? They were sorry, which was highly unlikely. The thoughtlessness this company used that night is incomprehensible, i highly suggest another company.. What. A. Joke.

The owner Sherry was a pleasure to work with and the service was top notch just like the name their 20 passenger escalade is to die for I've used every company on the cape and they are by far the best and cheapest
