First of all, I have really bitten my tongue and tried not to bash, even though it really upset me, but I felt like this was necessary. I was very excited to get my decal sticker I ordered from Lisa in November, well, long story short I kept being told "it'll be done in about a week" every time I asked about it. January comes along and after not hearing back from her I send her 3 different text messages within 2 weeks wondering where the product was considering she said she would even track it for me, after being told she already shipped it to me and she read my messages and didn't even bother to respond. I had to report her to PayPal to get my refund because she wouldn't respond to my request on there for it either. I had to go through her sales rep to even ask questions because she wouldn't respond and turns she out wasn't responding to her either. She lied and clearly never sent it like she said, I made sure she had the right address and everything multiple times! Worst service from a "business" I've ever received no doubt. I would not suggest ordering from her to anyone unless you want to be ignored and scammed!
