This person had my chair for three months and she smokes. The chair came back smelling like cigarette smoke and insecticide. She refused to tell me what she used on it, did not tag the furniture and refused to tell me her license registration number (if she has one--the Pa. Dept. of Bedding and Upholstery could not find her registration.)
