In December 2014 I sent 5 shirts to Ace Cleaners for to be dry cleaned. When I went to pick up the shirts, one of my shirts had an oil stain that was caused by the store owner and a rip on the sleeve of another shirt. When I talked to the male store owner about the rip on the sleeve of my shirt, he immediately gave me an angry look and said it was not their fault and that it's my problem. He did not apologize or did anything to make me feel like a customer. I will never come here again based on their level of customer service.
