In May we did a Mortgage Litigatiion with Saxon Mortgage. We recieved our paper & we had to get them noterized & faxed to them right away with a $3000. payment. These papers stated our 1st payment was to be made on June 1st, 2009. )Then a couple of days later we recieved another packet with a letter stating that they had made a mistake & we were to sign these papers, get them noterized, faxed and Fed Exed. My husband then called them & they said (Yep July 1st is our !st payment date ) These papers said our 1st payment was due on July 1st. So we made our payment on time and have since then. They have continally told us that we are late 1 month & have put another $795.00 on our statements that says misc. charges along with late payment fees of $250.00. When we got this loan your office did the closing. What can we do ? We tried to get a loan for $5000. & we were turned down because it shows we are late on our mortgage every month, PLEASE Help Us!!!
