I just took my son and his best friend there and we had a great time! The go-karts were their favorite, but that's probably because I beat them in mini-golf. Everyone there was friendly, and the ice cream up the hill at Lickety Split was really good too.

The place double booked our birthday party even though I booked 2 weeks prior. Did they call...no! Then when I arrived they told me I couldn't go to the pavilion because they accidentally double booked us. So our party starts at a later time, did they give us a discount ...a free game, or ride...no! When I asked I was told I could take my party elsewhere if I didn't like it! Then the kids all got soaked in the un-maintained bounce house that was full of water from the rain the night before. Then the kids got stuck in the rope tower because there was no attendant manning the attraction. I had to climb up the outside of it myself! Then, whilst it was late we eventually get invited over to the party pavilion where they proceed to rush us into the pizza serving...ok, but the pizza comes out and it is a tiny pizza with 16 slices cut into it..seriously?! I had to ask for more, did they include it...no, was it offered as a make good on all the troubles...no I was charged $20 for it! While the kids are still eating pizza she brings the cake out, and because it is windy she says "Can we just not light the cake?" Really! at a birthday party! So no happy birthday song, no candles, no discount. This place is way under staffed, Over priced (i thought it would be worth the money) and half the stuff there is shut down! Thanks for ruining my daughters 10th birthday funplex!

This place is a terrible place to host a party! When a parent books a Birthday party and they are paying a good amount of money per child they expect to at least get their time they booked 2 weeks prior. Nope, not with this place, plan to be double booked, rushed out of the pavilion when you didn't start on time but hours later, all your kids get soaked from no maintenance of the bounce house, and when you ask to get a discount they tell you get lost and pay for that second pizza. God forbid you have more than 8 kids they will cut that included pizza into 20 slices and you will be buying more. Terrible terrible customer service, no attendants watching kids and hardly anything their website says they have works or is in use. Forget it, travel to somewhere else. Trust this parent!
