Provided by YPmobileWe just built a new house and in the process of that our water needed to be tested and a system put in place to treat it. Our builder recommended H2O and we couldn't be happier. All of our questions were always answered and they were great at getting in to instal the system quickly. When we moved in they were wonderful and came out to walk is through step by step on how our water system works and what we need to do. We are so pleased with their service and look forward to a long relationship with this company!

Provided by YP.comThis company does not even care to call back its customers who have questions over their evaluation. I have made three phone calls to the company over the span of three days, and have gotten ahold of a secretary that assures me that the inspector who evaluated the well of the house I would like to purchase will return my calls to answer a couple of quick questions. Well, I have still not heard back from them, which is now starting to affect my plans. I believe I will have to hire someone else to do the job over again because the report does not make much sense and it is impossible to reach the person I need to speak with. Now it looks as if they do not do thorough work and they do not provide good, if any, customer service.

Provided by YP.comWe called H20 when we found that the company that installed our system was no longer in business and could provide no information to us on what they installed, even though we saved everything, none of the manuals had names. They were able to figure out what we had over the phone to confirm that they could service it, then came out later that week. The technician showed us better ways to change out the filter (which had been a real chore) and confirmed that the entire system was in good working order. Would definitely recommend them.

Provided by YP.comLoved the experience. The technician was very knowledgeable. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I called and they sent someone out the same day. I had a rental system installed the next day. The install was very neat and clean. Now I finally have good water.
