Psychotherapy Milestones, LLC is a confidential mental health private practice. Individual clinical services are available for children, adolescents and adults. Evidence-based treatment is provided to help in treating individuals struggling with a wide range of clinical needs. A multifaceted use of therapeutic theories are used in treatment, as a way to conceptualize what is happening through more than one theoretical viewpoint. Treatment planning is developed in a collaborative effort between both client and therapist, to create the most appropriate and customizable goals. Mission Statement: Providing client-centered mental health treatment, with the belief that each individual is entitled to receive individualized treatment, where they are an active participant in their healthcare goals and treatment process. Within the client-therapist relationship, it is believed that the client is the true expert of themselves, while the therapist functions as a guide, providing tools in the journey of overcoming life obstacles.
