I am very pleased with my service. I had been trying to get someone from J Used Appliances to come & check my dryer for almost 2 weeks. It never happened. Finally went online & found A Plus Mike's Appliance service. I made the appt, Mike was at my house within 2 days & fixed my dryer on the spot! I went to work afterwards & told everyone about him. Mike's service- Extremely satisfied, and was very quick. Able to repair 2 appliances within stipulated time. Highly recommended.

Mike did a great job. Very professional. Got right to work and explained what he was doing while he took care of the problem. I would recommend him to anyone with an appliance problem. Kim who scheduled, took call as well as followed through was a pleasure.

Saturday morning, spin cycle issues... I called Mike who came right over after completing another job. I ran a quick errand just before he showed up. When I got home, he had fixed the washer and had already left (he left the broken part for my reference). My daughter said he was very nice. I had told him what the problem sounded like on the phone, he diagnosed it accurately and his over-the-phone ballpark was what I was charged which was very reasonable. Couldn't ask for better service.

In regards to the other review. We do not charge for "travel time", just the service call and labor. When people are calling around appliance companies for prices they always call us back. We are one of the lowest priced appliance service co. in this area. We have had the same customers for the last twenty years. Mike is well liked and trusted by many. We rarely ever have a complaint. When we do have a complaint we address it. The customer in South Windsor who had wrote the bad review was going to revoke it after speaking with Mike and resolving the misunderstanding. I just wanted to make it clear to all of old and loyal customers of this. Thanks Guys, Kim (Mike's good friend and employees for many years)
