TONS of drug activity maintnence is horrible only have one guy who is maitnence had a leakage for a day while i had a newborn baby with me they still havent painted the celing from it had a smoke detector thats been beeping 4 months straight now! Changing the batteries doesnt help somethings wrong with the actual detector ....still waiting to be fixed will be 5 months soon. Tenants are nasty rude and inconsiderate they leave trash everywhere loud at late times of the night and instegate problems when youd think they try to stay on the down low for all the illegal activity they do which they make VERY obvious ...the place says NO pets but yet alot of the tenants have dogs who they dont clean up after they think theyre slick but you hear them yelling at the dog and it thumping arounf upstairs 24/7 LOL...the landlord i think just doesnt care thats the problem with this place i guess they use to be nice but theyre run down now only thing good is the reasonable rent with the central air...
