This place is a joke. I dropped 3 pair of pants off to have the hems fixed. Not hemed just restiched. I go back a week later to pick up the pants and nothing had been done. When I questioned Fusco he said well if you dont like my work then just take your pants and go. I said what work nothing has been done. I then called Fusco on the phone posing as an anonymous customer. I asked him if I brought in 3 pairs of pants to have that work done how long it would take. Fusco laughed and said a few seconds. I said well what if I had to drop them off. Fusco said well then next day. I said really well that doesnt seem to be the case with my pants. Fusco again said that if im not happy to just come and get the pants. That would have been no problem but I still needed the work to be done. I immediatly had to have my wife drive back to the store again. Fusco gave the pants back to my wife without an apology. She then took my pants to Neet cleaners in Glastonbury and they fixed the pants on the spot. I guess it was just too much Fus for Fusco.
