Provided by YP.comI had a bad experience buying a used car. The particular car was the only one of its type I could find in the area, so I suffered with it. They asked me if I would buy a car at a certain price, and when I said yes, made me sign a piece of paper, took my credit card, and THEN said they'd have to check with the manager, who came back and said he couldn't give me the car for that price. When I argued he got REALLY NASTY. Then we had the "125 point inspection" or whatever it was, which came back fine, except there was a CD stuck in the player, the car had a bent wheel, two wheel covers were damaged, and it had almost bald tires on the back, and the dome light didn't work right. They promised to give me new wheel covers and fix the CD - never happened. Then they slapped a $600 charge on at the end after we finally agreed a price and said they always do that. I would avoid these guys at all costs. my brother had a simple oil change done there and almost all the oil leaked out of his car on the way home. It's a shame that in today's age they still act like what you'd expect the worst in a car dealer to act like. I would have to think they treat lots of people like this. I would not feel comfortable especially trusting them to work on my car and give me an accurate estimate of what's really wrong with it. When I read one of the positive reviews for these guys, it's so vague, nonspecific, and reads like an ad - spreading kudos for all their businesses, claiming they are tops in the industry (what buyer would know that), you have to wonder who's writing it.
