Dec 4 ordered glasses ,told 7 -10 business days called eye dr. 12/14 to check was told lab messed up and had to redo. Dec 24-27 was in contact with vsp and they were told they broke them and had to redo them again today is 01/04 granted there were holidays in there but my eyes can not take time off but my credit card was charged 12/04
