Provided by YP.comIn 2015 they neglected to file one of my 1099s that I sent in with all my other tax documents. This year, 2016, I got a letter from the IRS saying I owed over 4k as a result. They did not offer to pay any penalties or interest even though this is a result of them mis-filing my taxes.
