My son bought a car about 18 months ago with a very expensive service contract. Since that time his car had to be towed to them. One would think no problem, not so. They only cover the tow if it's a covered thing that goes wrong. Ok that's fair. Well they couldn't fix it. That's ok they cover rental, again only if it's a covered problem. Again that's fair. But now it has to go to the dealer. Another tow, it turned out to be a miner thing that wasn't covered so it cost us 2 tows and 8 days without a car. Now were doing it again. Towed to car Max on Monday, they thought it was just a battery thing . It's now friday and it's not a battery thing and it's getting towed to dealer again second tow and again no rental. If they try to sell you a service contract believe me it's not worth the paper it's written on.
