Service has really gone down in the past couple of years. The new design is terrible as well. Food is always good, but the staff needs to either be trained better or replaced.

Great Service

I had dinner the other night at Chili's in East Haven, CT and had a great meal with

very good service. Our waiter was a young man by the name of Kyle Bridgman who

provided the best customer service I have had in a long time.
