I think that Dr. Diaz is down-to-earth, real and very friendly. She isn't stuffy and extremely serious like other doctors can be. She makes you feel on her level and is very considerate of your questions.

Considering I have medicaid, it feel very good that she accepts this isurance and is willing to make us feel like we aren't low class citizens like other places. The place is very clean and I love the decor.

Best eye doctor I've ever seen. And I hope she can help my vision since she is a hottie. Wish I could see better.

Love Dr. Diaz she is a very warm and kind person...and an amazingly knowledgeable doctor. Everyone staff is also very professional, and ready to help if needed.

Stopped using this office 3 years ago just got a bill for well over $240 first one since I stopped using the office after they cancelled 3 appointments because the doctor was going to be away. No reason given for the charges just that they were overdue. Plain wrong

One star by default - you have to give at least one. Two visits there turned out to be a nightmare. 1.) Called Friday before to verify my Monday appointment. They asked did anyone call you? We are closed Monday - we need to reschedule. 2.) Went to 1st visit. They wanted tests done right away. Were to contact my MD to request them. Set up date for follow-up. Nothing said on treatment. No eye drops. 3.) After a week and a half of chasing them they called on the phone and promised to get the requests to my MD soon. Explained planned treatment. 4.) Went for follow up with some kind of sinus infection. Asked if I could forgo same test I had 2 times in last 2 months. They said I had to do it then or come back again. Did test - did worse - no surprise. 5.) Spoke to doc later about their lack of communication which they denied - virtually calling me a liar. Anyone out there know any eye doctors who know how to properly treat people?

I have been going to dr Diaz for years she sees me my husband and my kids as well prices are very reasonable and styles are very stylish she is down to earth and very nice I highly recommend her to anyone I meet:)

This lady knows her business. She talks to me in plain language, and I love my new glasses. the only thing is that they didn't have my regular contacts.

I just had an appointment there today and loved it! The office is very clean and professional looking. Also, the technicians and the secretaries were very nice and helpful. Dr. Diaz is a sweetheart! My insurance covered everything including my frames. I was very pleased and would highly recommend this place.

DO NOT GO HERE. My family and I have given this business more then a few chances after it was taken under new ownership by Dr. Diez and then moved into a new location under a new name. If you want an office that looks fancy and has high end, outrageously priced glasses, this is the place for you. If you want great service where the staff and Dr's pay attention to you go elsewhere. The staff is so unprofessional, the last 3 times myself or my family has gone in the staff was unsure of our apt at first or all together! At one visit, Dr. Diez was checking her Ebay account while I was in the room waiting for my eyes to dilate. Today is the 2nd time I have tried to pick up my new glasses. the first they were completely the wrong color and the employees response was, "oh wow I didn't even check the paper and notice they were supposed to be black" And then yesterday I called to see if my new glasses weer in, they were. I asked what time they were open tomorrow(wed) her response was 9:00am tomorrow... apparently they are closed on Wednesdays. I don't even want to give this business one star but I have no choice. That star is for Dr. Bush. I saw Dr. Bush this last time I went and she is a great doctor, I don't know how she puts up with the lack of organization in this office.
