Absolutely delicious icecream. I live right down the street and love going to Jennifer's because all their icecream flavors are delicious! They also make great ice cream cakes and you can even grab a six pack of icecream sandwiches to take home with you. I highly recommend the pumpkin icecream in the fall!

The ice cream was delicious, and the prices are very fair when compared to other ice cream shops.



However, I was disappointed in the customer service. The woman who waited on me and my family was cold, and we did not feel welcome. We come from out of town, and we wanted to try Jennifer's Ice Cream. My father lives in the area and brags about how good the ice cream is.



My daughter and I did not feel welcome when we entered Jennifer's the other day. The woman did not say "hi"or greet us. She acted cold to us. When another customer walked in after us, she received a nice greeting of "hi", as if she personally knew this other customer. We felt very unwelcome in this business.



My daughter and I do not plan to visit Jennifer's or support this business in the future. We would prefer to pay a little extra money and support our local Carvel or Cone Zone where we are greeted with a smile and a warm welcome.



Customer Service is very important...........It determines whether or not customers will support the business.
