I am a returning client; having been there under the previous management. I see such a vast improvement from the former. EI Fitness is a great place to put your whole body in shape and health. They have a vast array of exercize equipment and machines. Each treadmill and cycle machine have a TV right above the handle bar, right in front. All you need is to bring your own earphones. They have exercize classes; yoga; arobics; skin care salon; special help trainers for people with weight problems; professional trainers for all the strenght and body-building apparatus.They have a boxing ring for kick boxing and sparring. All the machines are top notch,and very well maintained. The place is very clean. The whole staff is very helpful and pleasant. They are also very helpful when it comes to seniors.
