Charged double and them some what it normally costs to pull a car out of a snow bank (id know, Iv had way worse, same car), latched on to my wheel dragging me out forward and sideways for 10ft? Took a solid hour waiting in the cold as well. Friendly guy though, hence 2 star, not 1.

Our van broke down on vacation. Steve showed up right Away on a Sunday early morning, got us quickly to a collision repair, and even waited with me and my children while we tried to get a rental car and taxi! He was super friendly and helpful! A real upstanding professional and gentleman!
