Had a great experience with this shop. The office staff was top notch and took care of every question I had. They gave me an accurate estimate and explained that there could be additional damage that can't be see. When the repairs were being done there was an additional part that was needed. I received my car back clean and in perfect condition.

Used their body and mechanical services twice and was very happy both times. Felt they were honest with me about the necessary repairs and I didn't even need to file a claim the second time. Would use them again, but hope I don't have to.

I posted an honest review about my experience. The owner called me to recify the matter. He agreed to repair my vehicle, provided me with a rental, and apologized. I really appreciated the owner's willingness to resolve this matter. They repaired my car and did a great job. It is not what happens, but how a company resolves it that counts. A bad experience turned into a great experience.

PLEASE DO NOT HAVE THIS PLACE REPAIR YOUR CAR! You will regret it. I had an estimate done. The female owner inspected my car. The bill was under $200 so I brought it in for body repairs. After the work was done, the woman tells me they found more damage. What was suspicious is where the damage was located. It was damage that was very obvious and should have been detected in the initial inspection. It was not detected because it wasn't there before the repairs. It looked like damage caused by someone either accidentally or intentionally. Either way, the bill increases from $200 to $1000. The female wanted me to file an insurance claim and thought I would have them repair it. Sorry, someone else will get my business. I know a broke, money-hungry, scamming auto shop when I see one. They are not busy and have to use dishonest business practices to stay a float. I encourage others who have been victims of this place to post. This place is corrupt.

I decided to take my BMW here after it was hit while parked. I couldn't be happier with the results. They did an outstanding job and told me that I have lifetime warrenty if anything happens and on top of repairing the damage they did a full car detailing and washed it too. I would most certainly recommend this Body Shop to anyone who is looking for an honest, reliable and extremely friendly service.
