The staff at this location is very friendly and they take an active interest in their customers. I live in close proximity to three 53 branches, but I prefer this branch over the others. There is rarely a wait in line, and if there is a wait it's usually very short. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the bank itself. I don't agree with the $33 a day overdraft charge. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with the service I receive there.
