the new management is upping price ever 3 months and not changing anything to help the people affected. They now charge to have a pet but dont clean up after it, or help at all with it. Animals run lose and attack smaller ones all the time. people leave trash everywhere. and to make it all worse they plow ice in to you driveway. your better off saving your money for 3 months rent and buying a 3 bedroom house then moving in to this place. the least they could do is make the shed our kids have to stand in safer for the winter.

Gail and Ann no longer run this community. It used to be ran with high morals and standards! They are under new management for about the 6th time in the last 2 years! It has went DOWN HILL all the way! They are now allowing true trailer park trash in the park! It is NO LONGER a nice clean and respectable community! They raise your lot rent on you annually or semi annually!!! No skipping of any years, EVERY YEAR! Lot rent is now 503/mon + water and utilities! May not sound like much but HUNDREDS of dollars every year x how many units in that park and they don't clean the streets early enough for you to make it work on time! HOPE U have lots of PAID time off work you will be missing if you move in here!!! They NEVER salt the park so you will not even be able to make it up the hill to get to the main road of Park Lake to access a road to get to work! DO NOT move here! Run as fast as you can! It has been taken over by a company that is HORRIBLE! They own many places including one I used to live at, I moved my home from that community when they took over! This used to be a nice place until this place bought it and knew it was going to go down hill from there! There is a reason why Gail and Ann the BEST managers ever left here! There are sooo many places that have been walked away from or are for sale, and it's for a reason!!! Trying to get out myself ASAP NOW as well! Had enough of this place that is getting run down now and they corporation of Sun Communities is out to make MILLIONS instead of provide affordable living!!!! Ask some current tenants in there what they think of the place!!! NOT the management who get commission on selling a home there!!! Or renting a home there!!! Thugs hanging out at the basketball courts smoking dope all day long since they have no jobs! Kids leaving nails pushed through apples under peoples tires!! Gail used to patrol the park all times of the day and into the night including late at night to make sure kids were NOT outside beyond 10 pm!! This group is too lazy to do their jobs!!!
