Over the phone & in person they were great! They determined we had bats. We accepted the work



A month goes by & we started seeing bed bugs. Had Orkin come & we explained our situation. They took a bug back and determined it was bat bugs. Mr Bowers never mentioned these to us. They live off the bats & once the bats left flooded into the house. Strike one



Had a destructive chipmunk. They caught everything BUT a chipmunk. Called to have him pick up a squirrel & it took him THREE DAYS TO COME AND PICK IT UP (obviously it died) we moved it out of the sun but it didn't help. I eventually got it with a rat snap trap. Strike two



Last year I was mowing and found a piece of metal in the yard. We started hearing all sorts of CRAZY noises. We obviously hired a different company to look into it. So they used cheap flashing & left edges exposed so raccoons ripped it off, invaded and the bats came back as well. Strike three. Out



Anyway we spent over $1k with Bowers & got basically nothing for it
