Condition of equipment isn’t so good. Many pieces of equipment have signs on them, Do Not Use. Under Repair.
When deficiencies on the equipment is reported, repairs aren’t made usually. Staff was quite snotty when I asked for phone number for corporate office.
You can pay a lot less elsewhere and get better service.

For a premium price this gym does not provide a premium experience. Club rules are not available at the front desk neither are they posted. This probably explains why so few members clean their machines, don't monopolize equipment, put equipment away, not hoard machines, etc. Very little effort is put into replacing missing equipment. I'm an experienced gym user and am frustrated by managements lack of effort. Many trainers needlessly tie up multiple pieces of equipment for their clients and I'm left feeling like a sub-standard member.
