Provided by YP.comMy agent has not done anything they promised. I have been doing my own advertising, she didn't even put the open house in the paper. I get no feedback on people who were supposedly interested and no calls back when I call her. three other agents said I have a beautiful house and even in this market, it's priced perfect and in great shape. There is no reason why I shouldn't be getting hits, unless she's not doing her job. i asked to break the contract which I was told I could at any time, and they said only if I pay the commission from the contract. Ummm, can we say bribery???
