My husband dropped off our laundry there on 4/17/19 and went to pick it up on 4/18/19 and an employee Latreece told him he had the basket of clothes and 1 hanging item, a sweater but said she didnt see a hanging item with his name on it so he looked himself and didn’t see one either. He wasn’t sure what the item was even though they told him he was suppose to have a sweater hanging and couldnt find it. He didn’t know what all was in the laundry so he brought the basket of clothes back with him but I immediately knew what sweater it was because it was a sweater that my beloved mother bought me a year ago not long before she passed away! It has great sentimental value to me! So I was upset but he assured me he would go back up there the following day and that they probably had just dry cleaned it. The following day I called them and my husband went back up there and the employee remembered the incident and that they could not find the sweater even though they were showing they were suppose to have one hanging for us to pick up. He was told he would have to come back today which is Monday and speak to a manager. So he did that and all he got from them was “I’m sorry we don’t know what happened to the sweater.” 😡 are you kidding me?? I do either they gave it to the wrong customer or one of there employees stole it. What else could have happened to it??? This is my gray sweater in this picture.

I wished my laundry here this week, and had o do some ends, put in about 4 dollars worth in quarters to dry. my stuff was still damp, these businesses, make money on these dryers that never seem to do the job. cost prohibitive. quilt in america is dead!

This is a Laundromat that knows how. It was super hot when I visited and imagine my surprise walking in and finding a Laundromat AIR CONDITIONED!! It was CLEAN, all the machines worked, the help was super friendly. Even the owner was there and seeing my two small children captured their attention by giving them each quarters from the change machine to but soda or candy if they got my permission. What a nice place!!
