United Volunteer Fire & Rescue is a volunteer organization that provides fire safety and emergency medical services to the boroughs of East McKeesport and Wall in eastern Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. Established in 1998, the organization has an advanced life support ambulance and a squad unit. It responds to more than 100 fire and rescue calls each year. United Volunteer Fire & Rescue is a part of the East Boroughs Emergency Services Association and the Allegheny County Volunteer Firefighters Association. Located in East McKeesport, Pa., the organization maintains the American LaFrance engine, as well as carries extinguishers, air tools, portable lights, thermal imaging cameras, life support medical supplies, shovels and brooms. United Volunteer Fire & Rescue also sells T-Shirts, sweatshirts, patches, stickers, books, hats and mugs.
