LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE! Bought car 2 months ago, has been in the shop more than the road. Bought car: June 6, 2016. Needed Alignment: June 6, 2016. Starter Died: June 10, 2016. After weeks in the shop, AC Died July 6, 2016. AC died again: July 16, 2016. Let my loss and my mistake protect you from this dealer. Avoid This Place!

Worst place I have ever dealt with. My church is Korean so the Pastor doesn't speak English. I was helping, but wasn't there for the signing. Started with making me wait to review the papers. Guess they didn't want me to know what they were up to since I'm in the car business. Then lying over and over again. Having to call Kia Financial to prove they were lying. The saw the extended warranty is the same as the factory warranty. Basically it's a place that is what people think of when they think of a shady business. Mark is the Sales manager and Rich is the Finance manger I had the displeasure to deal with. Oh, and don't expect a return on your phone call, unless they need something. Gave one star because you can't give zero.
