Went there in febuary and even thou she did it in 8 hours 2 days later braids started falling out. Seems like one falls out every week or coming down. I will never go back plus she told me it would be two people in my hair and it was only her

unprofessional “braiding salon”, and I use that term loosely. I made the unfortunate mistake of going in to have my hair braided. The owner proceeded to put braids in my hair, leaving my own hair unbraided and loose.

I needed my hair braided on short notice and this place was the only place who could get me in right then and there. When the lady called, she told me to "come in now". Turns out come in now means sit and wait for 90 minutes before we acknowledge you. After I finally got in the chair and told the woman what I wanted. I specifically said "please don't braid me too tight, I have a very sensitive scalp". She said okay and proceeded to give me the most agonizing braids of my life. Even when I told her it hurt, even when I flinched. She'd just say sorry and continue to braid super tight. Its been two days and my head still hurts and i have a welt on the back of my neck from the hair being pulled. I paid $60 for braids I may take out because of the pain. Unprofessional. Slow. And they will hurt your head. Make an appointment where the people actually listen to you.
